This immature Laughing Gull was along a quiet stretch of Cape Avenue in Cape May, NJ. He should have stuck to the bird refuge down the road instead of hitting the streets. Literally.
TIDBIT: If you see a seagull in a fast food parking lot, it is most likely a Laughing Gull.
More likely that a parking lot gull will be a Ring-bill or Herring Gull.
You are right my blind friend, but this gull was not in a parking lot. He was in the middle of the road in Cape May, NJ. Thanks for commenting!
